In this workshop you will gain a greater understanding of Australian Indigenous tea ceremonies and their medicinal and ceremonial purpose. Learn about the importance of correct protocol and join in to create a native sun tea.
FERMENTING TEA - KOMBUCHA & JUN BREWING

Love Kombucha? Curious about Jun? Learn the tricks and tips on how to turn your tea into extra healthy and delicious probiotic elixirs. Having just released her book on natural fermentation, Sharon Flynn from The Fermentary will teach you the ins and outs of fermenting tea for health and demonstrate the best ways to concoct your brews at home.
